Linden Africa develops low-density, master-planned residential communities in the mid-to-high-end market — villas, townhouses, apartments and, in selected developments, serviced residential plots. Every community is planned as a complete neighbourhood from the outset, with homes, roads, infrastructure, landscaping, green space, amenities, security and governance considered together.

We also develop and evaluate strategically selected commercial opportunities across the office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors, where there is a compelling market and investment rationale.

Linden Africa is headquartered in Nairobi and operates across Kenya, Ghana, Senegal, Zambia and South Africa. In Kenya, we develop in established residential locations in and around Nairobi and along the Kenyan Coast, chosen for their maturity, low density, connectivity and long-term value.

Landowners. We partner with landowners through structured joint ventures, contributing capital, development expertise, construction management, marketing, sales and institutional governance. Landowners contribute land and share in the value created, rather than simply selling it.

Buyers and investors. We build homes for owner-occupiers and families seeking long-term homes, investors seeking well-located residential property, and diaspora and international buyers seeking quality real estate in established African locations.
