Linden Africa was co-founded by Chris Coulson and Shiv Arora, who serve as Executive Directors and lead a team with more than 60 years of combined international real estate development experience. The team brings extensive expertise across the full development lifecycle, from investment strategy, development structuring and master planning through to financing, construction, marketing, sales and delivery, with a proven track record across Kenya and other key African markets.

Linden Africa is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, and operates across selected markets throughout Africa, with current activities spanning Kenya, Ghana, Senegal, Zambia and South Africa.

In Kenya, Linden Africa focuses on residential and strategically selected commercial developments in established and emerging locations across Nairobi and the Kenyan Coast, including opportunities within the office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors. Through its partnership with Wellers Impact Fund, the company also evaluates strategic residential and commercial development opportunities across Africa where its development and investment expertise can unlock the highest and best use of land, enhance investment returns and create sustainable long-term value.
